Dunallan Guest House - Perth

Was made very welcome. Frances has excellant customer service, nothin was a problem for her. The breakfast was most enjoyable.

Nothing i did not like, will b back.

Very friendly , spotlessly clean & very comfortable room. Excellent choice of breakfast , excellent location . Would recommend this guest house to anyone travelling to perth .

As usual, a very enjoyable stay at Dunallan. Everything is excellent!

It is so laid-back and relaxing. At breakfast we were surprised by the number of people staying the night, as the Guest House was very quiet.

Parking spaces are tight!!! There's a desperate need for better kitchen facilities beyond just a microwave and fridge!!!

It was a pleasant stay of 2 nights. The location was ideal on the outskirts of Perth. It was also so close to the train station, and the very centre. They offered us fab meals, had a good choice of options to choose from.

Our dog was welcome, which is useful and the price was welcoming (it was a special offer). The room was well decorated and clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a wide choice for breakfast and left very well fed indeed. The hostess was very pleasant and friendly and genuinely made us feel that we were welcome guests.

Nothing at all. We had paid a special offer price and consequently were not sure what to expect - it exceeded our expectations by some distance.

Excellent value and walking distance to Perth City Center. Plenty of off road parking. Breakfast cooked to order was excellent. Fast WiFi was an added bonus.

Frances was very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy and breakfast in the morning set me up for the day - what more could you ask for?

Had a lovely time with a cozy room that had a great shower and a tray of tea and biscuits, which was a nice touch. The rich breakfast spread was fantastic, but it would have been cool to have more cereal options in the room. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway! 😊

Room slightly cold so a warmer quilt or additional cover would be good

We enjoyed nice walks over the bridge to the city center during our spare days while the Commonwealth Games were on. The rooms were clean and comfy. Paul was super helpful, even with parking. Highly recommend for a good stay!
